Madeira is offering unrestricted entry to vaccinated travellers

All travellers from the UK can now enter the Seychelles whether they have had the vaccine or not. You just need a negative
PCR test no older than 72 hours.
If you have had both doses of the vaccine or have tested positive at least six weeks before travelling, you can enter Tunisia without any restrictions. Tunisia has also announced that travellers visiting Tunisia as part of a package holiday will not need to self-isolate, provided they have a negative test no older than 72 hours, have proof of a holiday organised by a tour operator, remain in a. bubble with your tour group and complete this questionnaire.
If you have been vaccinated then you will not have to isolate omn arrival in Israel. There are still many restrictions in place, however, that even vaccinated travellers have to follow. You will need an entry permit which you can get by submitting your request to the Israeli Embassy in London. You will also need proof of a negative result no older than 72 hours. You also need to fill in an inbound passenger statements at least 24 hours before travelling to Israel.
Fully vaccinated travellers can go to Jordan with no restrictions. You will need to register before travelling and upload by proof that you are fully vaccinated against Covid-19. Jordan is accepting NHS vaccine cards, doctors letters and hospital printouts as evidence of being vaccinated.
Travellers who have proof of a vaccine will be exempt from quarantine in Lebanon.
If you are fully vaccinated you can enter Kyrgyzstan without any restrictions. If you are not vaccinated, you will need proof of a negative test no older than 72 hours to enter.

Only fully-vaccinated travellers can enter Azerbaijan. To enter, you will need a negative test no older than 72 hours as well as a 'Covid-19 passport' to prove you have had both doses of the vaccine. You will need proof of a test no older than 72 hours before your flight. Ticket holders for UEFA EURO 2020 matches scheduled in Baku will not need a 'Covid passport’ but will need proof of a recent negative COVID-19 test result.
UK travellers can enter Bulgaria if they have a vaccine certificate to prove they have had the second dose of the vaccine at least 14 weeks before travelling. Those who have not been vaccinated can enter Bulgaria with proof of a negative PCR test no older than 72 hours, proof of a rapid antigen test no older than 47 hours, or a positive PCR/ rapid antigen test showing you have recovered from Covid-19 between 15 and 180 days before arrival in Bulgaria.
If you have had both doses of a Covid-19 vaccine you will not need a negative test to enter. Even if you have only had one dose of the vaccine, you can enter the Canary Islands without proof of a negative test, provided you had it at least 15 days before arriving in the Canary Islands.
UK travellers who have proof of a negative test no offer than 48 hours or have a vaccination certificate showing they had a second dose more than 14 days before travel can enter Croatia for tourism.
UK travellers will need proof of a negative test no older than 72 hours to be allowed to enter Cyprus. Alternatively, you can show proof of having two Covid-19 vaccinations. It is advised that until there are specified ways to certify vaccinations, you should come prepared with a negative test.
Fully vaccinated UK travellers can now enter Denmark for non-essential reasons. You will need to have had both doses of the the vaccine at least 14 days before travel and you will not need to test or self-isolate. If you have not been fully vaccinate you can only enter if you have a 'worthy purpose' and will need proof of a negative test no older than 48 hours. Please note that Blackburn with Darwen, Bolton, Rossendale and Bedford are on Denmark's red list meaning residents of these areas cannot enter for non-essential reasons even if they are fully vaccinated.
People who have had the Covid-19 vaccine or have recovered from the virus within the last 6 months will be able to avoid Estonia’s 10-day quarantine and testing requirements.
If you have been fully vaccinated you can travel to France for any reason and will not need to self-isolate on arrival but will still need either negative PCR test no older than 72 hours or a negative antigen test no older than 48 hours
Those who have had the full course of the Covid-19 vaccine and can prove it will be granted unrestricted entry to Georgia.
Those who have had both doses of the Covid-19 vaccine at least 14 days before travel can enter Greece without needing to quarantine on arrival.
Those who have immunity from the virus or who have been vaccinated will be exempt from border measures.
If you have proof of being fully vaccinated, you will be exempt from having to have proof of a test and from having to isolate on arrival in Lithuania.
The regional government of Madeira and Port Santo is allowing anyone who has had a second dose of the vaccine at least 15 days before arrival, or has recovered from the virus in the past 90 days to enter without the need of a negative test result on arrival.
Those who have a document to confirm they have had both doses of a Covid vaccine will not need to quarantine on arrival in Moldova and will not need proof of a negative test.
Montenegro is allowing vaccinated travellers who have had the second dose at least seven days before arriving to enter the country. Non-vaccinated travellers can also enter but will need proof of a negative test no older than 48 hours.
If you have been fully vaccinated against Covid-19 you can avoid quarantine in Poland.
Portugal is planning to open to vaccinated British travellers from the 17 March. You will need proof of a vaccine or proof of immunisation.
UK travellers can avoid quarantine in Slovenia if they have had the second dose of Pfizer/BioNTech seven days before arrival, the second dose of Modern 14 days before travel or a second dose of Oxford/ AstraZeneca 21 days before arrival.
Those who have had both doses of the vaccine or have recovered from the virus between 14 and 90 days before travel will not have to isolate in Romania.

If you have had two doses of a Covid-19 vaccine then you will be exempt from any of the airport testing in place at the airport.
Those who have had two doses of a Covid vaccine will not need proof of a negative test and will not need to quarantine on arrival in Ecuador.
To enter El Salvador you will either need proof of a negative test no older than 72 hours or proof that you have had both doses of a Covid-19 vaccine.

Those who have had both doses of a Covid-19 vaccine can enter the Bahamas without needing a test.
From 29 May, those who have had both doses of the vaccine at least 14 days before travelling will be allowed to enter St Kitts and Nevis. You will also need proof of a negative test no older than 72 hours.
If you have been fully vaccinated and received your second dose at least 14 days before arriving then you will not have to quarantine on arrival in St Lucia.
Hawaii is reportedly looking to allow vaccinated travellers to avoid quarantine, starting with easing restrictions on domestic visitors first before opening the option up to international travellers. Over in Thailand, the country has already introduced a system allowing visitors to quarantine on yachts and is now making plans to allow vaccinated visitors to avoid quarantine altogether. Thailand is expected to start allowing vaccinated travellers to visit from July.
