Accessing complimentary Wi-Fi on board in Economy and Premium Economy on any Singapore Airlines flight couldn’t be easier. Simply fill in a quick online form to become a KrisFlyer member and then use the KrisFlyer number to access the on-board Wi-Fi as much as you want while you fly.

How to become a KrisFlyer member

1. Head to singaporeair.com and fill out the short form to became a KrisFlyer member.
2. Go to 'Manage my booking and add your KrisFlyer number to your flight details.
3. Onboard your flight, connect to the KrisWorld entertainment system.
4. Enter your email, last name and seat number in the 'Complimentary Access' section of the in-flight WiFi portal.
5. And it's as easy as that. You're now online!
