Mountain/Desert/Ocean/Jungle... which one are you?
Ocean would have to come first I think. In or on.

What was your first great travel experience?
Road trip around the USA when I was about 3.

What has been your favourite journey?
Antarctica aboard the MV Ushuaia. Then the voyage aboard the RMS St Helena from Ascension Island, via St Helena to Cape Town. And now they have competition from kayaking on the Amazon...

What are your Top 5 places worldwide?
In no particular order: Madagascar; Antarctica; Hong Kong; snorkelling with whalesharks at Tofo, Mozambique; the temples of Ankgor, Cambodia.

Recommend a special place to stay
Nkwichi Lodge, Lake Niassa, northen Mozambique.

Which three items do you always pack?
Torch, ear plugs and at least one kanga/sarong.

Which passport stamp are you proudest of?
Antarctica and Easter Island, even though they aren't actually immigration stamps, but they are stamps in my passport!

Which passport stamp would you most like to have?
So many...

Where or what is your guilty travel pleasure?
When travelling - having plain ordinary cereal for breakfast.
