What was your first great travel experience?
Norway at 16 years old on my own -forgot to tell parents I was supposed to be going to the Northumberland Coast, but saw an advert before I left for trips from Newcastle to Bergen. Sent Mother a postcard which she got two days after I arrived home with my passport stamp.

What has been your favourite journey?
RTW 1994 and South Pole in 2004

What are your Top 5 places worldwide?
North Devon England Western Highlands and Islands of Scotland Milford Sound New Zealand
