Mountain/Desert/Ocean/Jungle... which one are you?
Mountain tops the list. I love rocks, all colours, all shapes and textures. They all have a story to tell.

What was your first great travel experience?
Switzerland, the fiirst overseas family holiday will always hold a special place in my heart. But the first great travel experience was possibly a road trip that started from San Francisco, then took in Yosemite, Death Valley, Las Vegas, Zion, Bryce, Great Canyon, Mojave Desert reserve and ended in Los Angeles.

What has been your favourite journey?
Yellowstone National Park. A childhood dream. Pompeii is a very close second.

What are your Top 5 places worldwide?
Galapagos, Kilimanjaro, Mt. Kenya, Ajanta and Ellora caves, Pompeii.

Recommend a special place to stay
A luxury tent in Serengeti.

Which three items do you always pack?
Walking shoes, sun cream and a water bottle.

Which passport stamp are you proudest of?
The Inca trail

Which passport stamp would you most like to have?
Antarctica.

Where or what is your guilty travel pleasure?
Full English breakfasts
