Ecuador is an unparalleled hotspot in "the global epicentre of biodiversity". With over 1670 bird species (the fourth most extensive bird list in the world), Ecuador is a true birdwatcher's paradise. This 6-day guided nature and birding tour will take you through an amazing variety of habitats, from the Cloudforest to the unique Andean Paramos, at a whopping elevation of  3,962 m / 13,000 ft. Our main focus of course will be finding and observing the greatest number of endemic bird species to the north-west, including a dazzling array of Flycatchers, Tanagers, Hummingbirds, Antpitta and Antbirds, not to mention a luxuriant tropical flora and fauna.
