This 12-day tour is filled with the best of the Sri Lankan culture, historical sights and off-the-beaten-track destinations. The tour will start off with a village tour in Negombo from where you will continue towards the cultural triangle, explore the ancient cities of Sri Lanka: Anuradhapura and Sigiriya, and the Unesco World Heritage sites in Dambulla and Kandy. Then, you will visit a jungle village in Dambana that is the home of the veddahs, the indigenous people of Sri Lanka, that have inhabited the island since the prehistorical era. From Dambana, you will continue to the gorgeous mountain sceneries of Ella, and discover the big herds of elephants in Udawalawe National Park, before arriving to the golden sands of the South-Western Coast.
