This trip visits some of France's very best areas for birds and wildlife in autumn, from the famous Camargue, with its pink flamingos, white horses and black fighting bulls, to the splendid High Pyrenees.

The rich diversity of habitats make the Camargue one of Europe's most exciting birdwatching and wildlife areas.  The array of herons alone is outstanding, and raptors are always present in the skies. After three nights exploring the region you will travel across the south of France to the High Pyrenees. Amidst some of Europe's most inspiring scenery can be found a tantalising selection of mountain birds and south-bound migrants patrolling the cliff faces, combined with a delightful array of mammals and flora.
