Hang out with Nomads in Kyrgyzstan. Take the route less travelled in to Tibet and Mount Kailash, before staring in wonder at Mount Everest. Meet fellow travellers in the hustle and bustle of Kathmandu. Go in search of Tigers in Chitwan National Park and take in the beauty of the Taj Mahal and the Amritsar Golden Temple in India. Dare to cross in to Pakistan and journey to where 3 mountain ranges meet, before entering Iran and visiting the sites of ancient Persia. Armenia and Georgia await with monasteries and churches of old. We enter our final stage and visit the wondrous landscape of Cappadocia before ending our mammoth journey in the only city to span 2 continents, Istanbul.PLEASE NOTE: This is an Exploratory trip with several new areas for Oasis. Things will change and we may not do everything on the itinerary, but equally we may visit lots of places not listed. Basically come with an open mind and an easy going attitude for an adventure of a lifetime! Days 1 to 12 Kyrgyzstan

Ala-Archa Nature Reserve - an option to go trekking to the edge of glaciers, in spectacular scenery

Lake Issyk-Kul - a massive mountain lake with magnificent scenery & loads of€tivities to choose from

Karakol / Jeti Orguz Region - hiking into the surrounding Terskay Ala-Too Mountains

Lake Song Kol - Traditional yurt stay, horseback riding and trekking the surrounding area

Tash Rabat - visit this ancient caravanserai

Torugat Pass - travel through the Tien Shan Mountains & cross the border into China

Days 13 to 21 China and Tibet

Kashgar - a major trading point on the old Silk Road.

Follow the border of Pakistan and India – rough roads and wild camping!

Mt Kailash – Little visited Sacred Site.

Days 22 to 28 Manasarovar Lake

Mt Everest Base Camp – staying in tea houses with spectacular views!

Days 29 to 32 Nepal

South to Zhangmu and the Nepal border

Enter Nepal – twists and turns down the valley to arrive in Kathmandu!

Days 33 to 42 Free time to spend as you want.  Trekking, rafting, exploring and relaxing.

Days 43 to 46 Nepal

Chitwan National Park – in search of Rhino, Leopard and Tiger.

India

Varanasi – Sacred water of the Ganges River.

Days 47 to 52 Kanpur – white marble temple of Shri Radhakrishna.

Orchha – little visited temples, forts and palaces.

Taj Mahal – see this stunning building at sunrise.

Fatephur Sikri – world heritage site.

Days 53 to 56 Delhi – modern day capital.

Amritsar – golden temple.

Wagah border ceremony with Pakistan.

Days 57 to 60 Pakistan

Lahore – Moghul architecture 5 centuries in the making.

Grand trunk road to Islamabad.

Days 61 to 73 Transfer to jeeps - overnight Naran

Cross the Babussar Pass (4175 m) and drive the Karakorum Highway to Fairy Meadows

Optional trek to the base camp of the 8000m + peak of Nanga Parbat

Rama in Astore Valley - a luxuriant pine forested area

Tarashing - hike to Herrlikoffer Base Camp on the opposite side of Nanga Parbat.  Free time in the village looking at local life

Magnificent drive through the plains of Deosai National Park to Skardu

Satpara lake & Satpara Buddha

Shigar valley and fort - area known as Little Tibet

Katchura Lake

Gilgit and Kargah Buddha (7th Century) - hopefully see a famous Polo Match!

Karimabad (Hunza Valley) - Surrounded by 7000m peaks we visit Altit and Baltit Forts

Karakorum Highway to Passu

Borit lake - we hike to Passu Glacier and cross Gulkhin Glacier on foot

Hussaini suspension bridge - cross if you dare!

Walking tour of Karimabad town and melt water channels

Sunset at Duikar view point (3000m)

We take the original Karakorum Highway, following the Indus River, to Besham

Continue to Islamabad, stopping off in the pine forests along the way

Days 74 to 82 City tour of Islamabad and a visit to Taxila Museum

Days 83 to 92 Iran

Zahedan – town close to tri point of borders with Pakistan and Afghanistan.

Kerman - Ganjali Khan Caravanserai

Yazd – Zoroastrian history

Tehran – cosmopolitan and frenetic capital.

Esfahan - explore this historic and beautiful city

Tabriz - explore the 35km labyrinthine bazaar and the Blue (Kabud) Mosque

Days 93 to 98 Armenia

Yerevan – World-famous brandy distillery

Savanavank – monastery on the shores of Lake Sevan

Days 99 to 109 Georgia

Telavi - ancient wine-growing region

Tbilisi – Georgia’s capital city

Gori – birthplace of Stalin

Kutaisi – Georgia’s second largest city

Foothills of the Caucasus - bush camps in rural Georgia

Batumi - on the Black Sea Coast

Days 110 to 115 Turkey

Black Sea and bush camping.

Cappadoccia - explore dwellings carved from the eerily eroded landscape.

Days 116 to 119 Ankara – Turkey’s cosmopolitan capital
