Day 1 Cape Town
Arrive at any time.
Day 2 Cape Town/Lambert’s Bay (1B)
Head up the Cape’s west coast, stopping at the G Adventures supported !Khwa ttu San Culture and Education Centre. Arrive in Lambert’s Bay and opt to visit Bird Island, or stroll through this charming town.
Day 3 Lambert’s Bay/Orange River (1B)
Continue north and cross into Namibia. Settle in by the banks of the Orange River with time to swim or just relax.
Day 4 Orange River/Fish River Canyon (1B)
Continue on to Fish River Canyon, the largest canyon in Africa, and take in the majestic beauty. Opt to relax in the hotel’s pool while enjoying the beautiful scenery.
Day 5 Fish River Canyon/Namib Desert (1B, 1D)
Travel north from the Fish River Canyon, enjoying dramatic Namibian landscapes as you move up towards Sesriem.
Day 6 Namib Desert (1B, 1D)
Visit Sossusvlei Dunes and Sesriem Canyon. Opt to climb up the breathtaking Dune 45.
Day 7 Namib Desert/Swakopmund (1B)
Enjoy the views of the Namib desert before arriving in the historical town of Swakopmund.
Day 8 Swakopmund
Spend a day exploring all the area has to offer. Optional€tivities include sandboarding, skydiving, and a scenic flight.
Day 9 Swakopmund/Etosha National Park
Enter Etosha National Park and enjoy an afternoon wildlife safari drive in our touring vehicle. Opt to explore more on an open safari vehicle drive.
Day 10 Etosha National Park
Enjoy another wildlife safari drive in our touring vehicle and keep your eyes peeled for the vast array of incredible animals.
Day 11 Etosha National Park/Windhoek (1L)
Arrive in Windhoek and visit the G Adventures supported Penduka Village Restaurant & Shop for an included lunch, then spend the rest of the afternoon exploring the German-influenced capital city.
Day 12 Windhoek/Kalahari Desert (1B, 1D)
Explore the Kalahari Desert. Learn fascinating survival skills from the local San Bushmen on an optional walk and choose to enjoy a traditional bushmen dance in the evening.
Day 13 Kalahari Desert/Maun (1B)
Prepare for a 1-night/2-day journey into the Okavango Delta. Opt to take a scenic flight over the delta.
Day 14 Okavango Delta (1B, 1L, 1D)
Enjoy wildlife walks, birding and traditional mokoro excursions in the Okavango Delta. Learn the ways of the bush from the local ’polers’.
Day 15 Okavango Delta/Nata (1B, 1D)
Travel to Nata. Opt for a sunset wildlife safari drive or bush walk in the area. Watch elephants drink from the camp’s watering hole at night.
Day 16 Nata/Kasane (1B)
Travel to Kasane. Opt to embark on a sunset boat cruise or photo wildlife safari on the Chobe River.
Day 17 Kasane/Victoria Falls (1B)
Opt for an early morning safari on the Chobe river, before crossing into Zimbabwe. Choose to enjoy a visit to Victoria Falls, or try a helicopter flight over them.
Day 18 Victoria Falls (1B)
