Our 9 day camping tour (Weds) - the best value Manu tour around - takes you to the untouched heart of the Manu National Park - and into another world.
For those with less time, take the 7-day option (Fri) for the best of Manu.
Manu is situated in Peru's remote south-eastern corner. It harbours two distinct ecosystems: cloud forest (home to the bright red cock-of-the-rock and the rare spectacled bear) and puna. Puna is a high altitude tundra-like environment.
There are 13 species of monkey and dozens of other mammal species including jaguar and giant otter, both listed as highly endangered.
Manu harbours around a thousand species of birds. Endangered species found in Manu include the black caiman and harpy eagle.
The area includes seven species of macaw and hundreds of tree species too. Manu has it all.
We can also offer specialised bird or butterfly spotting trips, plus more Amazon trips. Contact the office for information and advice.
