- The Provider of this prize draw is Discover The World.
- The closing date for entries is Wednesday 10 November 2021 at 3pm. Entries after this date will not be valid.
- The winner will be drawn and announced during the Canada event on Wednesday 10 November 2021 and the name of the winner will be read out during the live event. By entering the prize, you agree to have your name read out should you be the winner.
- The prize is a £100 travel voucher to be used towards a booking with Discover the World.
- The prize cannot be exchanged for cash. This prize is non-transferrable and non-refundable.
- No purchase necessary.
- The prize must be taken as stated within the prize draw terms and conditions and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.
- Entry is free and open to residents of the mainland UK aged 18 or over who submit a valid entry to the prize draw.
- The holiday must be booked by 31st January 2022 and travel completed by 31st December 2023.
- The prize promoter cannot accept responsibility for late or lost entries.
- Incomplete, fraudulent, multiple or spam entries will be disallowed.
- Only entries submitted following the specified entry mechanics will be deemed valid entries. Any entries which are deemed offensive will be disqualified at the discretion of the Promoter or Provider and no further correspondence will be entered into.
- No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries.
- Employees of the promoter or provider, all other prize partners, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion, and their families, are excluded from entering this prize draw.
- The winner will be chosen at random from those entrants whose entries have reached Wanderlust by the closing date.
- The winner will be drawn and announced during the Canada event on Wednesday 10 November 2021. Details of how to claim the prize will then be sent by email. The winner must confirm acceptance in writing of the prize and these terms and conditions within 7 days of being contacted.
- Wanderlust's decision regarding selection of winners is final and there will be no further correspondence. The Promoter and provider shall not be responsible should a winner provide incorrect contact details.
- If for any reason a winner drops out of the prize due to health or personal reasons, the Provider has the right to select another winner at its discretion. The Promoter and Provider do not accept any responsibility if the winner is unable to accept the prize.
- The Promoter, prize Providers and any associated third party accept no liability for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss and whether or not arising from any person's negligence) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case such liability is limited to the maximum extent allowable by law).
- The Promoter and Provider are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this promotion.
- The Promoter (Wanderlust Travel Media) and Provider (Discover the World) have offices in the UK and the prize draw will be delivered under the terms of the UK’s laws and regulations.
- The winner may be required to take part in reasonable publicity and by entering the prize draw you agree to take part in any reasonable promotion.
- The Promoter will also use entrants’ personal data for direct marketing purposes where consent has been provided via the opt-in check boxes provided. This includes communications containing news, offers and information. We may also share your personal information, if opt in consent has been given, with third parties, to help manage our business and deliver services.
