We are currently experiencing high volumes of contacts to our Customer Service Team. That's why, for the first time ever, we are asking that you only call if you have an urgent query that cannot wait.

As an alternative, please visit our website where you can place a new order or renew your existing subscription. You can also use the website to update your address.

You might find that it takes us longer to respond to any emails or other requests. We're sorry for any inconvenience - and we hope that you understand. We always want to be here to help - and you may well be able to find an answer to your query online.

As a summary, if you'd like to contact us please:

  1. visit our website to place an order or manage your account
  2. email our team, but please be aware there may be delays
  3. call us only if you are not able to do any of the above

Possible Postal Delays

There are significant postal delays in various countries outside of the UK, so we ask you to bear with us at this difficult time.

Please go to the Royal Mail website for updates on Coronavirus and how it is affecting the UK and overseas postal services where you find updates by country.

We ask that you avoid contacting us to discuss non-receipt of magazines during this time, as we are at the hands of postal delivery services around the world. If the issue becomes urgent, however, do drop us an email and we will do our very best to come up with a solution.

Thank you for your patience at this unprecedented time. Keep well and healthy!

Kind regards

Claire Hewitt
