Join the Polish Tourism Organisation, Wanderlust’s Editor-in-Chief Lyn Hughes and one of the UK’s most exciting chefs, Kuba Winkowski for an evening of captivating live cookery and tastings to celebrate the very best of Polish cuisine at Wallacespace Clerkenwell Green in London.

Poland is one of Europe’s most affordable and accessible destinations, home to dramatic countryside and pristine coastline along with an exciting culinary scene. You are invited to learn about Poland’s diverse regions with live cooking demonstrations from Chef Kuba, who has created a menu of dishes inspired by regional Polish cuisine, from Baltic cod to flavoursome strawberry and potato dumplings.

Get into the Polish spirit sipping on Polish beer and tasting specially created cocktails made using authentic Polish vodka, along with a range of delicacies including organic Polish cheeses, iconic pastries and artisan bread. 

Meet the speakers

Lyn Hughes: Co-founder and Editor-in-Chief of leading travel magazine Wanderlust, Lyn is an award-winning writer and named as one of the ‘50 Most Influential People in Travel’ by The Times. Lyn strongly believes in tourism as a force for good, benefiting local communities, wildlife and the natural world.

Kuba Winkowski: Polish-born chef Kuba Winkowski showed an interest in cooking from an early age, and has become one of Poland and the UK’s most exciting chefs. Kuba has worked in several top culinary institutions, including Buckingham Palace, The British Embassy in Paris, Raymond Blanc’s Le Manoir and the late Gary Rhodes’ Michelin-starred restaurant Rhodes 24. Kuba was named National Chef of the Year 2019 and has appeared on cookery shows including Saturday Kitchen on BBC2 and ITV’s Saturday Morning with James Martin.
