South of Tokyo, Kanagawa Prefecture skims Honshu’s southern coast to within sight of Mount Fuji. At its wildest fringes it’s a land of onsens (hot springs) and lush Tanzawa peaks, yet few venture further than the neon metropolis of Yokohama.
