We would guess that anybody who has experienced the sun rising€ross the Himalaya on a cold crisp morning will say it is life affirming. The enormity of the mountains and the scale of the vista transform ones view of the world. We fly to Kathmandu and immediately continue to Bhaktapur, a quiet and relaxing centre to start your holiday. Astonishing restoration after the 2015 earthquake has returned the city to its former glories. We will walk from Nagarkot to Dhulikhel to enjoy the first of many Himalayan vistas. Then west to the village of Gorkha where the Annapurna range will come into view. The spectacular walking here away from the tourist circuit offer expansive views. Our trekking section starts at the Peace Pagoda above Pokhara and heads south passing hills and villages. The tea huts will be simple but the views outstanding. We return to Pokhara for a day and then on to Nuwakot for more magnificent mountain scenery. Our time in Kathmandu will be spent sightseeing this impressive city.
