From the path cut into the cliffs, you can see seals and bottle-nosed dolphins breaking the surf. You have easy€cess to both the Ceredigion and the more famous Pembrokeshire Coast Paths from your hotel, sitting above the mouth of the Teifi estuary, overlooking one of the UKs great unspoilt beauty spots. Along the clifftop walks you pass through woods, moor and farmland. Walking south on the estuary path takes you through the pretty town of Cardigan and€ross St Dogmaels Beach. North takes you out on the Irish Sea coast. Inland are the Preseli Mountains and the gentle scenery of the Teifi valley. As well as the natural beauty of west Wales, history€companies you. Smugglers coves, Stone Age forts and early Christian communities dot the landscape.
