This is a good-value, semi-participatory, eight-day camping tour that explores the highlights of northern Namibia - Etosha, Damaraland, Skeleton Coast and Swakopmund. In addition two nights are spent in flight.

You sleep in 1.6 metre high dome tents with 5cm mattresses and mainly stay at campsites with proper showers and toilets. You travel in a minibus, unless there are more than eight, in which case it is a Toyota Hino pop- top. Group size is limited to 16 and the minimum age is 12. There is a camp assistant who undertakes chores like cooking and washing-up, and you may be required to help erect and dismantle your own tent.
