Days 1 to 28 Fly from UK to Gibraltar to meet the expedition vehicle.

Fez - guided tour of this fortress city & its amazing bazaar.
Marrakech - visit the world famous Djemaa el Fna square.
Days 29 to 42 Mauritania
Cross the vast Sahara Desert.

Days 43 to 70 Mali

Take a pinasse and travel the shores of the Niger River
Drive through southern Mali and the town of Sikasso
Tropical forests and waterfalls as we cross Fouta Djalon plateau

Visit a fetish market to see the still thriving religion of Voodoo.
Ganvie Stilted Village - visit a village built on bamboo stilts on Lake Nakoue.
Drill Monkey and Chimpanzee rehabilitation centre.
Hectic cities with vibrant nightlife & bars.
Buea - climb Mt Cameroon or relax on the beach at Limbe.
Days 103 to 154 Gabon, Congo, Democratic Republic of Congo Angola
