This tour aims to showcase the fruits of their labours, taking you round the best of the beautiful reserves and covering some of Jordan’s other main highlights.

Daily Itinerary...


Day 1 | Fly to Amman and transfer to your hotel for a three night stay.


Day 2 | Tour the capital today, taking in museums and the temples and mosques atop the main hill dominating the city.


Day 3 | Spend the morning at the Classical city of Jerash and the Arab castle at Ajloun. Also at Ajloun is the Forest Reserve, crossing hills dominated by fragrant oak, pine and pistachio trees.


Day 4 | Head down the King’s Highway, stopping at Madaba’s mosaics and the impressive Crusader castle of Kerak. Arrive at your Petra hotel for a three night stay.


Day 5 | A tour of the ancient city of Petra, including the Siq Canyon, the Treasury Tomb and the huge Qasr El Bint temple.


Day 6 | Visit Little Petra this morning, before climbing over the mountains into the back route to Petra via The Monastery.


Day 7 | On to Dana Nature Reserve to walk the White Dome Trail around the head of this remarkable canyon. Spend the night at Dana Guesthouse.


Day 8 | Guided walk down the dramatic canyon Wadi Feynan, to the charming Feynan Eco-lodge for a one night stay.


Day 9 | Head to Wadi Rum today for a two night stay in this amazing desert-scape.


Day 10 | Spend the whole day exploring deep into the wadi’s canyons, rock bridges and jaw-dropping landscapes.


Day 11 | Drive back along part of the Kings Highway over the stunning Mujib Gorge, before descending to the shores of the Dead Sea for a two night stay.


Day 12 | At leisure to relax by the pool, take some spa treatments or perhaps visit the nearby site of Christ’s baptism at Bethany-on-the-Jordan.


Day 13 | Transfer to Amman Airport for your flight back to the UK.
