Day 1 - London/Auckland
On arrival, a member of the A&K team will meet you for your transfer to the Sofitel Auckland Viaduct Harbour Hotel for your overnight stay.

Day 2 - Auckland
This morning you will depart on your half day sightseeing tour of Auckland with your A&K representative. Today's activities include a scenic drive along the waterfront, the quaint Victorian village of Parnell and panoramic views from the extinct volcano, Mount Eden.

After, you will depart Auckland by helicopter to Waiheke Island, crossing the picturesque Waitemata Harbour. Here your A&K guide will show you the sights with an island tour including lunch, wine tasting and visits to private artist studios.

Day 3 - Auckland/Bay of Islands
Today, depart by helicopter to Kauri Cliffs in the Bay of Islands for your overnight stay.

Day 4 - Bay of Islands
This morning, fly up to the Cape Reinga region via Northlands spectacular harbours, such as the Whangaroa Harbour and the Rangaunu Harbour, passing beautiful beaches along the way, including the famous Ninety Mile Beach. After touching down at Cape Reinga, meet with your guide who will give you a tour of the regions highlights, including stops at the Cape Reinga Lighthouse, Tapotupotu Bay and the Te Paki stream with its giant sand dunes. Enjoy the scenery on your flight back to Kauri Cliffs.

Day 5 - Bay of Islands
Enjoy a day at leisure relaxing at Kauri Cliffs.

Day 6 - Bay of Islands/Rotorua
Today, transfer by private vehicle to Kerikeri Airport for your domestic flight to Rotorua. On arrival you will be transferred to Treetops Lodge and Estate for your overnight stay.

Day 7 - Rotorua
Depart by helicopter to White Island, here you will be introduced to New Zealand's most active volcano, Mount Tarawera, where you can enjoy a guided walk at the Volcano's crater. During the return flight, look out for dolphins in the Pacific Ocean below, before landing at Rotorua to explore the town, meet a Kiwi and visit the Te Puia Thermal Reserve.

Day 8 - Christchurch
After your domestic flight to Christchurch, you will be taken of a sightseeing tour of the city, including a scenic drive along the River Avon and the Botanical Gardens. Drive to the top of the Port Hills for a wonderful vista of Christchurch and the surrounding countryside including quaint Lyttleton Harbour. Your overnight stay will be at the beautiful Otahuna Lodge.

Day 9 - Christchurch/Franz Josef
This morning you will take the Tranz Alpine train to Greymouth, passing through the Southern Alps to the stunning West Coast. On arrival in Greymouth, your A&K guide will transfer you by private vehicle to your accommodation in Franz Josef, the Te Waonui Forest Retreat.

Day 10 - Franz Josef
This morning, embark on your exclusive Mountain Spectacular helicopter tour, enjoying a premier flight over two of New Zealand's finest National Parks. Discover the gigantic expanse of the Franz Josef Glacier and Fox Glacier snowfields with a landing at high altitude where you walk on the glacier. Afterwards, explore the rich history of Franz Josef on a sightseeing tour, including a visit to the West Coast Wildlife Centre to observe New Zealand's rarest Kiwi.

Day 11 - Franz Josef/Wanaka
Depart for Wanaka by private transfer with your A&K representative, a journey of approximately three and a half hours. Discover the rugged scenery along the way as you travel via the Haast Pass, marvelling at the vast rainforests and waterfalls that eclipse this untouched landscape. On arrival at Wanaka Airport, you will connect with your helicopter flight to your overnight accommodation, Minaret Station.

Day 12 - Wanaka
Enjoy a day at leisure in luxury tents of Minaret Station.

Day 13 - Wanaka
Observe some of the worlds' rarest restored fighter planes and New Zealand's largest private transport and toy collections on a sightseeing tour of Wanaka and Central Otago. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before stepping back in time with a visit to Cromwell, the lush heart of stone-fruit country. As you drive over the Crown Range road, be sure to take in the extraordinary birds-eye views of the Wakatipu Basin, before you slowly weave into the valley below to Queenstown for your overnight stay at Matakauri Lodge.

Day 14 - Milford Sound
Explore the World Heritage listed Milford Sound flying, by helicopter, over secluded alpine lakes, lush rainforest, through deep bush-fringed valleys and past rugged mountain peaks. Before heading for Glenorchy, weather permitting, you will have a chance to land 'on top of the world' where you can stand among the ancient ice flows of the Fiordland Glaciers. Enjoy a picnic lunch before concluding your tour at Glenorchy with a thrilling jet boat ride on the exclusive Dart River Wilderness Safari.

Day 15 - Queenstown
Today's tour of the Wakatipu basin includes a visit to the historic gold-mining settlement of Arrowtown, local artist studios and famous Kawarau Bridge, followed by lunch and Otago's finest pinot noirs at the Private Mount Edward winery experience. Enjoy an afternoon cable car ride on the Skyline Gondola to Bob's Peak for spectacular panoramic views over Lake Wakatipu, before returning to your accommodation for the evening.

Day 16 - Queenstown/London
Transfer to the airport by private car for your homeward flight
