Great location. Close to Times Square, Central Park, Theatre District, shopping, 5th avenue, Rockefeller Centre and right next door to Carnegie Hall.
Bed was very comfortable, with nice pillows, soft sheets.
We were given a room on a high floor with a view of Central Park. That was a nice touch!
Lobby is gorgeous- you will feel special when you come back to the hotel at night.
Fresh flowers in the lobby were beautiful.
Free New York Times delivered to the room each morning.
Great water pressure, nice hot water.
Towels were soft and fluffy.
They have Peter Thomas Roth shampoo, conditioner, and lotion in the bathroom
