Pills and potions, wooly jumper or fleece, no matter how hot it is where Im am going. Glam earrings to make even the most mundane , well worn travel clothes sparkle in the evening.

Taking off my shoes on long bus journeys, plugging in the mp3 player and watching the world from the window whilst eating some UK fruit gums saved for the occcasion.
