    Yes, hubby is the other long-suffering travel companion (although he didn't come to Iceland with me; JB did). JB's been around since 2000, Murray only since 2007!

    Arrah Sophie - unbelieable resonance here with yr recent  comment to me  "Glad I got to be a little part of it! " 

    ie the Desties story and I feel the need  to logon and say indeed you were, you and all the others upstairs at Desties, more than a little part of that story but ye got savaged by the 350 word limit. But what makes me smile is that it appears that I'm a little part of all yr travels. Me, FT, is  the bold  JB in real life or did you not pin the signed Ten Commandments above your desk?
