It sounds and looks amazing. You didn't find any cheap flights did you and what about costs in general?

We were supposed to go on cheap flights with Iceland Express in January, but Stansted Express delay meant we missed the flights - grrrr! Rebooked on Icelandair from Heathrow for £240 each - double the IE ones. They both have offers on from time to time - need to book well in advance I think. Internal flights were only about £90 return. Still not a very cheap place - especially if you go on any excursions and eat in nice places (set menu in our hotel in Myvatn about £40 per head). Worth it though. Especially pretty in the snow... Lovely people too.
