What was your first great travel experience?
The Great Food Festival in Chicago, hundreds of stalls of different cuisines spread across a big park.
What has been your favourite journey?
Arctic Circle - staying in the Ice Hotel, eating raindeer stew (delicious! just don't think of rudolf), driving my own husky sled, scuba diving with orcas in the Norweigian Fjords and the stunning Northern Lights.
