Índia, Delhi, Varanasi, Agra & Rajasthan

How long were you there for?
Two weeks

What was the single highlight of your trip?
The morning baths at the Monkey Temple in the outskirts of Jaipur... The beauty, grace and generosity was overwhelming...

Any lowlights/cautionary tales?
Avoid ice cubes in your drinks....otherwise the whole trip was perfectly safe despite all the photography gear we carried around with us

Any absolutely MUST see sights/activities?
Jaisalmer , the desert city in Rajasthan and close to the Pakistan border. We joined and photographed the Holi celebrations over there.

Any absolutely DON'T see sights/activities?
No bad experiences in this trip

If you could give one piece of advice, what would it be?
Don't facilitate where drinking water is concerned, and avoid ice cubes

Any other comments?
Even though Índia was not initially a place in my list to visit, I was overwhelmed by the hospitality, kindness and sweetness of people in general and openess towards us , foreigners and photographers. Love it!
