Hi Fin.... cheers for the comments on 'Ratty'. I'll not have time for the camera next week in Dublin unfortunately. I'm over to rate Trinity's finest Zoology PhD students giving presentations on their research and maybe impart some pearls of my own.. plenty of opportunity for debriefing in a fine hostelry after no doubt! Staying with a mate in Skerries. I'll report back! So, what of the Cairngorm - you've survived to weather another 'storm' on your return but no tall tales to tell from your latest trek?

Like we need the MOTW excuse to wander back to gems like this! However, I do hope some of the 'younger' members take heed. Cheers fella, J
