Thanks, by the way, for your comments on my 100-word experience "First Ever". Like you, I know a little of a lot of different languages - I'm fascinated by them. But as a Norfolkman brought up in Wales, and having learnt Welsh at school, I don't have any difficulty with guttural sounds. I like the sound of French best but, unfortunately, like many Englishmen, I find it difficult to pronounce it like a Frenchman. Cheers....steve.
