HURRAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Finally, I can see these shot and, hardly surprisingly, they are so worth it! May I enquire, what made you choose the Atlas Mountains for a honeymoon? (love the idea of keeping it secret)

In response to P's question: Simplest and shortest way to answer this is that neither of us could afford to take much time away in May and we already had infant plans for a trip to the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park and Namaqualand later in the year. So we thought we should have two honeymoons. As the royal 'we' organised all of our wedding, with Sam doing the lioness'ssss share (which as an ecologist I obviously support whole-heartedly), I said I would organise a short honeymoon (the secret thing is just something we do for each other). It had to be reasonably close, yet somewhere neither of us had been, and my intention was to make it as opposite to what we would normally do. So, as our second trip involved the bottom end of the African continent in true DrG-self-drive-roughty-tufty-safari-stylee, the first had to be all pampering, totally relaxing and ultra luxuriant. Not so short but essentially it! J
