You've gotta love the English language when you can come up with a very like 'terrierises'! I know a terrier exactly like that - small dog syndrome! Like a number of small men I know too, come to think of it. A canine Napoleon complex, if you will.

From Dew: In response to your comment about the Komodo Dragons at Ringer and Komodo, no you have to have a guide with you at all times.Their bite can be fatel. They have over 65 harmful forms of bacteria in their mouth and if they bite you it is very possible that you could die! The guides have thin forked wooden staves with them, which I am sure the dragons could easily break with one bite, but they just push them away with it if they get too close.Their way of killing their prey is to stalk it and bite it and forget it while they wait for it to die! The poor animal will then slowly die, probably two weeks of pain, as the bacteria flows through it's body. The dragons will pick up the smell of the dead animal, they prefer rotting flesh, and then will quite happily share it with their neighbours! Small dragons live in the trees because the older ones will eat them!I was filming one large one and stood as it walked towards me and wondered at which point I should move. Suddenly the guide shouted "move!" They are very much aware that these cumbersome creatures can move very fast if they want to.On saying that, it was very laid back and we got very close to them and were even encouraged to get closer for photographs. You should go, you would love it.There are dolphins all around you in the sea, large fruit bats and snorkling is excellent. If you are lucky, which we were not, you may see a manta ray. Think how wonderful that would be?
