What was your first great travel experience?Overland bus to India in 1965.
First trip overseas was to Holland when I was 12.
What has been your favourite journey?Too hard to pick!

Recommend a special place to stayTena Tena Camp, South Luangwa, Zambia
Which three items do you always pack?Camera gear, coffee kit (instant, dry skim milk,
immersion heater & adaptors) and guidebook to destination.
Which passport stamp are you proudest of?Afghanistan and the "All India Liquor Permit" issued in Bombay in 1965 (Probition in force at the time); I didn't have spare money for booze, but thought it was a good souvenir!
Which passport stamp would you most like to have?Anywhere I haven't been before!
Window or aisle?Aisle of shorthaul flights and window for long trips.
