Beautiful and serene....but I rem that trip of 10 odd yrs ago and the elder junior FT with a wee blonde head holding up a sign with the bus number for the guide as he introduced us to the mayhem of the crowded slightly decrepit Cairo museum. (Now he's gone and packed up Fintown for the bright lights of Dublin and uni life) NOTHING however prepares you for the magnificence of Tuts treasures! And I wish I had your quality (digital?) shots. At the time I had an analogue Canon slr but they are so inadequate in low light. These shots just light up wonderful memories. Mind you I particularly love this one - a kinda muted, sated, Tut looking up with a sigh saying something like; 'I'm not here for a long time, I'm here for a good time' Jeez sure it musta been him that originated that great quote....cheers!

I just think it'll look good with the 30ft golden obelisk I've already ordered for my headstone..

Thanks FT. No they are not digital they are scanned in from slides that I was using back then. Taking on a Canon A1 SLR camera.
