    Forgive me for being cynical but why are we supposed to celebrate an organism that is an ecological anomaly?
    Still, thanks Lizard, it makes me chuckle as well..... that the Chinese celebrate something that 'we' have promoted to be environmentally unsound, an overinflated icon, practically worthless from an ecological perspective. What a strange world we live in.....

    undeniably cute though they are, seeing supposedly "wild" animals perform like this makes me feel very uncomfortable.
