Wanderlust Travel Photo of the Year
Do you see the world through a lens? Is your home bedecked with travel photos and
your computer overflowing with images? If so, you could win a dream trip to the
Northern Territory or a £3,000 cash prize
Now in its 15th year, the Wanderlust Travel Photo of the Year competition is firmly
established as the UK’s biggest amateur travel photography competition, attracting
more than 5,000 entries annually.
Amateur photographers compete for the chance to win an all-expenses paid photographic
commission to Australia’s dazzling Northern Territory.
Amateurs and professional photographers go toe-to-toe in the Portfolio category
for the £3,000 top prize.
Winners and short-listed entrants will see their images printed in Wanderlust, The
Independent, and exhibited at the Destinations Holiday & Travel Show 2011, the UK’s
top travel show. There are also great Nikon cameras to be won.
Amateur and Portfolio category entries must fit into one of the four photographic
themes: People, Wildlife, Landscape and Travel Icons – classic shots of places,
events or people that have achieved an iconic visual status in the world.
Anyone can submit their entries to both the Amateur and Portfolio categories online,
