A wild weekend in Hampshire
Spend a wild weekend in Britain’s newest national park on a series of guided walks. There’s a chance to spot a variety of rare birds and animals including the Dartford warbler, the goshawk and various deer species.
And eyes will be firmly peeled in case the local reptiles, including the shy smooth snake and sand lizard, make an appearance.
Guide Jon Stokes will lead walks around various areas including Acres Down, Holly Hatch, Beaulieu Heath and Denny Wood. As well as the countryside and wildlife, there’ll also be a chance to sample some local pub lunches.
